Thematic team building for the company "Research & Branding Group"

Task:

We were asked by the company Research & Branding Group, engaged in the marketing and sociological research to organize a corporate party with teambuilding games. And all these for the team of  50 people who like active rest, participating in contests, entertainment items, dancing.

We had to design an active program, offer several themes, choose the artists and conduct the event.

"Looks like an ordinary task. The most interesting thing was that the order was placed on Tuesday, and the event was scheduled for Friday of the same week. We had to work nonstop, because we are accustomed to work efficiently and the program had to be worked out to the details. "

First of all, it should be understood for which team we work: age group, men and women ratio, whether there are any taboos in a group, which themed corporate events they already had (these subjects are eliminated immediately, to avoid the participants’ "deja vu"), what are the traditions and wishes of the team. Only after that, we proceed to choosing the theme of the evening and the conductor, and define corporate party format. So, we met the team, and chose the place for the event. 
Since the team was easily divided into groups and ready for action, we have filled the script with team games.

The preparation process was completed. On the day of the event the event manager, the conductor and the soundman were already there 2 hours before the event with everything needed. The event Manager with the script and timing controls the well-planned process.

In the restaurant guests were welcomed by mimes. They organized pranks, took pictures with everyone, gave flowers to girls.

Once all the guests wear seated, work of the conductor has begun. Since the format has been selected as a competition, the conductor splitted the team into two gangs. For each competition the gang would receive chips, with which in the end of the evening valuable gifts could be bought.

After the team was divided and the first toasts were said, the mimes that everybody liked performed once again.

Also the dancing couple with the incredible dance got the round of the applause and closer to the end of the evening a women's team presented not only dance, but also the master class, in which almost all of the guests participated.

As a result we had the rested team and satisfied customers.
