Task:
We have received a request for an urgent business event organization: "The Business lunch SAS Russia & CIS". It was necessary to find a conference room for 60 people and appropriate multimedia equipment provide meals during the conference.
The order was interesting and very specific. It is very nice when the client knows what he wants and clearly sets the task. We responded quickly and because of this, as admitted customer later, distinguished from other event agencies in Kyiv. In2 days we had checked 15 conference rooms,12 hotels, prepared the equipment and discussed the meal. It was a pleasure for us to work with SAS.

Clarified information about the availability of rooms at 12 hotels and quickly picked up and booked rooms in 3 different hotels, which met the needs of the guests of the conference, who were supposed to livein different hotels on different nights. We also prepared the equipment and discussed the meals.
