New Year corporate party for SUBARU Ukraine

Task:

We received a request from the company SUBARU Ukraine for a New Year corporate party. It seemed not a hard task, but there were a few aspects.

The biggest problem was that the event should be hold on the last Friday of the year, the most popular time for New Year’s corporate parties.

But the client came to us on December 1, when all the restaurants and contractors on that date have been booked for months.

The guests of partywere foreign management, who does not speak Russian or Ukrainian languages, only English.

So we needed to offer a charismatic English-speaking host, to organize active entertainment and the main thing – to choose the venue. The task was even more complicated by the requirement for the location, it had to be close to the customer's office.

It seemed tobe a typical corporate party, but there were no available restaurants for the last Friday of the yearand the English-speaking hosts were all busy during this period. We always do our work very well, for us there are no closed doors or unattainable goals. This urgent order was quickly processed and prepared as if we have received it in advance.

After the first interview we understood what kind of the topics for the corporates were used before, what our client like and what is better not to offer. Also identified areas of work and proposed the first versions of the concept and the venue. After we chosea Christmas concept, host, restaurant, began the next phase of work - writing the plan.

The client immediately liked the proposed scenario and the timing, therefore our previous work was useful.

3 hours before the event the event manager, DJ and host arrived. They have prepared a space and music equipment.

When all the guests gathered, guidance to his subordinates prepared extraordinary greeting, which is associated with the culture of their country

There were a lot of unexpected contests, and souvenirs, which impressed the guests. The evening passed in a friendly and fun atmosphere, clients danced a lot.
